Creamy Baked Mac n' Cheese

I love Mac n' Cheese!  It's one of the ultimate comfort foods around.  The cheesey goodness is guaranteed to put a smile on your face.  Here's my favorite recipe for this dish we all grew up with.  It's really easy to make and served with a salad makes a complete meal on a cool autumn night.  It's so good even the leftovers get eaten up!

Ingredients:

1 (16oz.) package elbow macaroni

1 (5 oz.) container Alouette Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cottage cheese

1 stick butter

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup plain panko

1 tbls. chopped parsley

Directions:

Cook elbow macaroni to package direction.  Don't over cook.

Drain cooked macaroni

Add cheeses, butter, sour cream and whipping cream to macaroni.  Stir well.

Place macaroni mixture in oven safe casserole.

Sprinkle Panko and parsley over top.

Bake in 350 degree oven about an hour or until cheese is bubbly and Panko is golden brown.

Serve warm.
