How can I trust buying on TykeMart?
We understand that safety, security, and trust are very important to every buyers. We make sure that your payment is safe when you shop an item on TykeMart. Should any issues arise and you received a Phony (fake), Damaged, or Falsely Advertised, PDF, item we will not release your payment until the matter has been resolved. We stand behind every purchase made on TykeMart so that you can buy with confidence. TykeMart will keep you safe.
How can I buy ?
- Register to become a Community Member.
- Find the "Back to Catalog" to see members closets.
- Click "Add to Cart" if you found an item you like to buy.
- You can buy as many clothes you want to the "same vendor". If you want to buy items from different vendors you must have to checkout.
- You will be directed to the check out page where you must enter your payment method and shipping address.
What about shipping charges?
Shipping charges are added to your purchase at check-out. You must pay shipping (you must pay shipping for each item you buy from different vendors). If you want to buy multiple item from the same vendor you may ask a "bundle" to the seller.
Purchases under $25 - $7.99
Purchases $25 - $50 - $6.99
Purchases over $50 - $4.99

When can I expect to receive my order?
Please allow us 1-2 week to receive you orders. After you place your order, we work behind that with the seller to ship your orders as soon as possible. We track the process of your orders.
Most sellers ship the merchandise within 1-2 business days. For more info, you can contact your seller directly, leave a message on her/his closets or the community profile, as he/she is in charge of the shipping.
Majority of our sellers ship their items within a few days of the purchase. However there are times when the seller are out of the country or have face some circumstances which lead them not to ship promptly. In these cases, we will notify you to let you know.
Standard transit time is 1-3 business days depending on seller's locations. For now we only ship within US.
What should I do when I receive my order?
When you receive your order, you must checked first your order if it's what you've ordered.
You can send feedback to the sellers.
If your order is NOT okay, then please contact us immediately ClaimPDF@ tykemart.com so we can help you resolve the order. Please note that 3 days after delivery we have released your payment to the seller and cannot reverse this for you.
I bought something but there have been no updates on my purchase. Now what?
Please contact your seller directly for the most accurate updates regarding the status of the order.
TykeMart allows the seller 7 days to ship an order. If an item isn’t shipped after 7 days please contact the seller to find out why it has not shipped. If you wish to cancel the sale you and the seller must contact admin@ tykemart.com so that we can cancel the sale and issue your credit card a refund.
- Cancellations of orders that have not shipped within 7 days of purchase will be refunded in the form of the original payment
- Orders that have been shipped can not be canceled or refunded
How do I check the status of my order?
Check the email that we've send you it has a USPS tracking number, you can track you your order on "USPS, com" using the tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order as long as the seller has not shipped it yet. Orders that have been shipped may not be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order you must immediately contact your seller by leaving a comment on the item page. If the item has not shipped and the seller agrees to cancel you and the seller must contact admin@ tykemart.com to notify us of the cancellation. We will refund the purchase in the form of the original payment.
What if I receive an item that I am unsatisfied with?
You have 3 days from the delivery date to contact your seller and notify her of your wish to return the item. Sellers are only required to accept returns of Phony, Damaged or Falsely Advertised item, PDF. If a dispute arises, please contact ClaimPDF@ tykemart.com for further assistance.
NOTE: Unless the item is one deemed to be in one of the P, D, F categories there will be no refunds.
What if I receive a damaged or falsely advertised item?
- First, immediately email ClaimPDF@ tykemart.com that you have received a PDF item so we can place a hold on the funds (if we are not notified within 3 days of receipt of your item, and the funds are released to the seller, we unfortunately will be unable to accommodate the return request). The buyer must also notify the seller of her wish to return the item and provide specific reasons within 3 days of receipt of the item. Send us pictures and descriptions of the item.
- Second, message your seller to inform her of your dissatisfaction. Be sure to include a thorough description of what you expected vs. what you received as well as multiple pictures.
-If it is determined that the item is a PDF item the seller will have to pay for the return shipping. TykeMart will send the buyer a pre-paid pre-addressed label to return the item back to the seller.
- Once the item is returned, the transaction is canceled and the buyer is refunded in full for the purchase price and the original shipping charge.
What is TykeMart’s Return Policy?
We currently do not accept returns. All Sales are Final. However, we strive to go above and beyond to make all our buyers happy. If any of the following circumstances pertains to your order, please contact us ASAP (claimpdf@ tykemart.com) so that we can help you with your order:
- Falsely Advertised
TykeMart does not have items for sale and does not have any control over the condition, description, or any other aspects of the items posted for sale. Items posted are the property of each member and we trust members to accurately describe items they list for sale on this site. It will be up to the buyer and seller to work out any issues arising from any items purchased. TykeMart will help to resolve any disputes if the item purchased fit in to the PDF policy. That is the only time FIB will require sellers to refund the purchase plus the original shipping. TykeMart at no time will refund purchases that do not fit in to the PDF policy nor will TykeMart refund any shipping costs incurred in any transaction.

Can I use the funds in my TykeMart account to buy items from the site?
Yes! At checkout available funds in your TykeMart account will be deducted from the purchase price, you pay only the remaining balance.
If I want to buy multiple items from the SAME seller do I have to pay shipping for each item?
You can save on shipping if you want to buy more than one item from the same seller, just ask the seller if she will make you a “bundle”. You can negotiate with the seller for a “bundle” price. Once you agree on a “bundle” the seller will create a new listing and may call it “Bundle for (buyer’s name)”. Check to make sure that the seller has bundled the right items before you click on “add to cart”. The bundle will be considered one item and you will pay only the appropriate shipping cost. Items must fit into a Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope , Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box or Regional Rate Box A or B. Items not fitting into the box or envelope will not be shipped and the purchase will be canceled.

- Know the value of the item you wish to purchase
- Know how much you want to pay for the item or items
- Negotiate with the sellers in a respectful and courteous manner
- Ask sellers for specifics or more photos if you are really interested in making the purchase
- Save on shipping and bundle up! The more items you stuff in the box or envelope the cheaper the per item cost of shipping becomes!
